I am a filmmaker and visual artist, living and working in Ghent, Belgium. I have learned my craft at the Royal Academy, where I have completed all the necessary rites and trials to attain the rank of Master. Have worked for the science video production cel of one of the country’s oldest universities. In 2018 I’ve founded motion design studio Mochi Motion together with my wife, Liesbeth Eeckman. As of 2021 I work as motion and compositing generalist at animation/branding powerhouse Volstok.
I write and direct live action feature films in collaboration with Yves Sondermeier. Our debut, The Thingy: Confessions of a Teenage Placenta has been distributed by the legendary Troma Entertainment. Follow up movies are in the works, but they’re risky projects so they might take a while to see the light of day.
36th generation of the Radbodo bloodline. The role of messenger-counselor has been passed on to me from my distant ancestors. Its coat of arms is the Double Jawbone.
